Heightened digital Rockwell hardness tester HRS-150B
HRS-150B heightened digital Rockwell hardness tester is a high-tech product of high precision and stable performance. The interface is menu oriented, easy to operate, intuitive and convenient. The measuring device adopts high precision grating displacement sensor, controlled by ARM32 chip. It is a mechatronic hardness testing instrument. The whole machine structure is optimized and heightened with wider application.
Characteristics
1. The body part is molded by casting process and has been treated
for a long time. Compared with the splicing process, the shape
variables of the casting one are extremely small, and it can
effectively adapt to all kinds of harsh environment.
2. Car paint, high grade lacquer, strong scratch resistance, still
bright as new after years of use.
3. The core parts are machined parts of NC machine, the accuracy
and stability of the whole machine are greatly improved.
4. High design, suitable for large and medium parts, the test space
height can reach 400 mm.
5. Intelligent digital display Rockwell hardness tester. It
realizes automation except load selection.
6. The loading and unloading of the test force are controlled by
the motor, which eliminates the artificial operating error of the
manual Rockwell hardness tester.
7. LCD screen display interface can display and set the current
test scale, test force, test head, load retention time, hardness
conversion value type, etc.
8. The built-in test software can compensate the machine with ±3
HR, which makes the adjustment of micro deviation unnecessary to
open the cover plate of the machine for mechanical adjustment, thus
reducing the cost of service and after-sales service.
9. The measured Rockwell hardness values can be automatically
converted to the hardness values of other scales, no longer need to
waste time and energy to query the cumbersome hardness comparison
table.
10. Built-in printer to read the test results. It realizes
automatic operation and eliminates the artificial operation and
reading errors.
