Laser Self Weeding Heat Transfer Paper (Dark)

Introduction

Made of environmentally friendly material, the laser self weeding heat transfer paper developed by our company is harmless to human body. This product can be used for all color laser printers and achieve hollowed-out effect of the transferred images after the process of heat transferring and heat pressing. The no cut feature leaves no coating film on the empty area, which can present a fine stereoscopic image and keep the textile soft. This product is suitable for transferring images on cotton textile like t-shirts, hats, bags, etc.

Operation Instruction

Printing

-A (laser transfer paper), B(PET white film), print the image on A paper with mirror image. Then put A paper(printed side) on B film(white side). Set heat press machine and press down with temperature 90-110℃ and time 10-15s.

2. Heat transferring

-Peel B film off A paper, and the printed part of A paper coated with adhesive of B film, while empty area uncoated.

3. Heat pressing

-Put A paper(printed side) on the textile, and reset the heat press machine and press down with temperature 190℃,time 30-60s and middle-upper pressure. Then peel off A paper base with all work finished.

Notes:

1.Heat press machine should have high temperature cloth on the flat with pressure adjustment to high level.

2.Do not wash the textile in 24 hours after the transfer. Wash the textile in either cold or 30-40℃ water. Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents or bleach.

3.With the transferred patter inside, avoid rubbing this part when hand washing, and machine washing allowed. Do not wring. Do not dry cleaning. Proper washing mode can prolong preservation time of the transferred pattern.
