This ultrasonic welding generator, which is also called the ultrasonic power box, has the auto-tuning frequency tracking function, when you change the ultrasonic welding horn, please touch the sonic button, the system will automatically perform the frequency scan program, if normally scanned, the system will automatically save the frequency data of the welding horn, otherwise, it will prompt corresponding fault information.
The ultrasonic welding generator has three working modes:
* Time: when pressing the start button, the welding horn will go down, the workflow is as follows: delay--weld--hold--welding horn reset ;
* Outer Control: when the external switch is on, the generator will output ultrasonic; when the external switch is off, it will stop output ultrasonic.
* Spot Welding: the mode is suitable for hand-held welding tools, the generator can set welding time and hold time.
