Ultrasonic Welding Transducer
Decription:
Ultrasonic welding transducers generate high-frequency vibrations
of tens of thousands of times per second through the transducer at
the vibrating head, generating local high temperatures, and melting
the plastics in the weld zone for welding purposes. The ultrasonic
welding transducer generally adopts a bolt-clamped longitudinal
array structure, which is connected with the fixing fixture and the
gathering head to form a plastic welding vibration system.
Specification:
Model | Resonant Frequency(KHz) | Maximum Ultrasonic Power(W) | Static Capacitance (pF) | Resonant Impedance (Ω) | Dimension (D*Hmm) | Piezeceramics |
RPS-W20 |
20±0.5 | 2000 | 11000-12000 | ≤20 | 255*63 | PZT8 |
Ultrasonic welding transducer features:
1. The resonance impedance is low.
2. The mechanical Q value is high.
3. Electroacoustic conversion efficiency is high.
4. Low calorific value.
5. Large amplitude and high vibration speed.
Installation Precautions:
1. Select the appropriate material and set the hardness process to
process the horn and the working head.
2. When installing the horn or the working head, be sure to pay
attention to the frequency matching, and apply the sound-adhesive
glue at the joint seam.
3. Clean the surface to be joined with a solvent such as acetone
during installation.
4. Establish the impedance control process of the bonding process
to reduce the impedance of the vibrator and improve the
electro-acoustic conversion efficiency of the vibrator.
5. Pay attention to improve the insulation measures after the
vibrator electrode is installed.
