Hot water disinfection has many advantages over chemical disinfection methods:


First, there are no chemical disinfectants, no residual problems, high safety, short disinfection time, and a large amount of reverse osmosis water used for flushing disinfectants is saved, and the disinfection process can It is done automatically and no one is required to wait. Thermal disinfection combined with chemical disinfection is conducive to optimal water disinfection of water treatment equipment in hemodialysis water production equipment.


The effect of the hot water disinfection system depends on the heating temperature and heating rate. Once the temperature and heating rate do not meet the disinfection requirements, the disinfection effect will be greatly reduced, and hot water disinfection cannot remove the biofilm that has been produced.

At present, the pipeline disinfection method of dialysis water is gradually developing from chemical disinfection to hot water disinfection. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of hot water disinfection and chemical disinfection, in actual operation, we generally use a combination of hot water disinfection and chemical disinfection methods. , thermal disinfection is performed once a month, and chemical disinfection is performed every three months. During the chemical disinfection process, the residue of peracetic acid is strictly tested. After reaching the residue standard, the flushing time is extended for more than 2 hours to ensure that the residue reaches the minimum value.

1. Raw water quality
Water inlet requirements: conductivity ≤ 400μs/cm, pressure 0.15-0.35Mpa, (conductivity > 400μs/cm requires the installation of a water softener. If the water pressure is too high, a pressure reducing valve can be installed) Raw water will affect the life cycle of consumables. When the raw water quality reaches the standard, the recommended replacement period for consumables is 6-12 months.
