ZrO2 ceramic bearings material composition.
Inner and outer rings use ZrO2 ceramic material;
Balls also use ZrO2 ceramic material;
Cage or retainer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), nylon
66, polyetherimide, zirconia, silicon nitride, stainless steel or
special aviation aluminum.
Features of ZrO2 ceramic bearing products:
1, high-speed: with cold resistance, small mechanical elasticity,
resistance to high pressure, poor thermal performance, light
weight, the advantages of small friction coefficient, can be used
in the 12000 RPM to 75000 RPM of the high-speed spindle and other
high precision equipment;
2, high temperature resistant, use temperature between 100 ℃ to 600
℃ is not caused by temperature difference expansion. Can be used in
furnace, plastic, steel and other high-temperature equipment;
3, corrosion resistance, material itself has the property of
corrosion resistance, can be used in strong acid, strong alkali,
inorganic, organic salt, water, and other fields, such as
electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery,
shipbuilding, medical equipment, etc.
4, Anti-magnetic: because of the non-magnetic non-absorber dust,
the bearing can be reduced in advance and the noise is large. It
can be used in demagnetization equipment. Precision instruments and

can avoid arc damage bearing and can be used in all kinds of
electrical equipment requiring insulation.
6, Vacuum: in ultra-high vacuum environment, zirconia full ceramic
bearing can overcome the difficulty of lubrication of ordinary
bearing because of its unique self-lubricating characteristics of
oil without oil.
