Black Steel cord conveyor belt ST800 Length 3000MM Wire Rope Conveyor Belt
Wire rope conveyor belt is a rubber conveyor belt with steel wire as the skeleton. It has the advantages of high tensile strength, good impact resistance, long life, low elongation, good trough forming, and good flexural resistance. It is suitable for long-distance, long-haul, and high-speed transportation of materials. The product is composed of core rubber, steel wire rope, covering layer and edge rubber.
1. Purpose
Wire rope conveyor belt is suitable for material transportation
under tear-proof conditions required by coal mines, mines, ports,
electric power, metallurgy, building materials and other
industries. It can be used for long-distance, large-span,
large-volume and high-speed material transportation.
2. Classification
1) Divided by structure: ordinary type and impact-resistant and
tear-resistant type.
2) Divided by purpose: In addition to ordinary types, there are
also types of wear resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance,
acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy, tear resistance,
flame resistance, and ozone resistance.
3) Variety: According to the performance of the covering rubber, it
can be divided into: ordinary steel cord conveyor belt,
flame-retardant steel cord conveyor belt, heat-resistant steel cord
conveyor belt, wear-resistant steel cord conveyor belt,
cold-resistant steel cord conveyor belt, Acid and alkali resistant
steel cord conveyor belts, oil resistant steel cord conveyor belts,
flame retardant steel cord conveyor belts and other varieties. The
strength is higher than that of ordinary conveyor belts, and the
length is longer, which can reduce the number of transfer points
and save power and management costs.
