Welcome to share your ideal type with us. Tungsten carbide slitting cutters are widely used for cutting paper, cigar filter, rubber, plastic, steel, soft metal, wood, MDF, etc. It can give much more excellent performance than HSS.

 

Different grades are available, such as K10, K20, K30 etc.

 

 

Specifications of Carbide Slitting Cutters:

 

Chemical Composition: 6%-12%Co-WC


Physical and Machinal properties: Density: 14.45-14.90g/cm3    Hardness: 92-93 HRA     Flexural Strength: 2500-3400N/mm2


Organizational Structure: WC mean grain size: 0.6-1.0um


Corresponds to International Standards: K10, K05-K15, K20-K30, K20-K40


Suitable for: Machining of cast iron, nonferrous alloy, chill cast iron, hard steel, stainless steel, plastic materials, fiberglass, carbon fiber and other non-metallic. It can be used the materials HRC 45-65, high steel, high precision, long-lived.
