Introduction:
The carbide button is sintered by coarse-grained cemented carbide,
with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture
strength, as well as corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and
alkali, long service life.
These kinds of carbide buttons can be classified as follows:
1.cutting tips used by cold pavement milling-planing machine,
2.cutting tips used by coal digging machine,
3.cutting tips used by roadway and tunnel boring machine,
4.cutting tips used by trench excavator, etc.
They are widely used for crushing or milling rocks, concrete, soil mulching, etc.

It is suitable for percussion drilling, rotary prospecting bits to cut soft and medium-hard formations, and medium-hard drilling bits, also used for hardwood, non-ferrous metal, granite, and marble.
