High density cemented carbide tungsten carbide bearing ball

 

Introduction: Carbide ball is made by refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as the main component, cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as a binder, sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.

 

1.For sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry's sand containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells, high-pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, compatible Cemented Carbide valve seats, etc.


2.Various grades for cemented carbide balls/pellets can be supplied according to the customer's drawings.
3.The surface finish, tolerance class, and tolerances of dimensions have respectively reached the standards of the machine industry.

 

Application:
Tungsten carbide ball was widely used in precision tools drawing and punching, high precision bearings, high precision measuring instrument and apparatus, water pump and the brake pump, and various machinery sealing accessories part in the high-tech industry.

Production and test of Carbide Balls:
1)Carbide Balls will start to prepare the powder as per the customer’s requirement with our wet-grinding machine


2) Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering, and we check the appearances and the sizes of the samples with a micrometer to ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production


3) Bulk production, press the raw materials to shape blanks, and carbide tips must be passed by semi-finished inspection.

4) sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished products inspection to ensure the best quality and production capacity.
