Wet ball-milling:put proportionally the WC, cobalt powder and others into ball milling barrel,milling automatic together with tungsten carbide milling balls, for XK Series, the duration of ball-milling will be 24-48 hours, 72-96hours for XF series and over 96 hours for SM & XP Series, the longer duration of ball milling, the finer & uniform the mixture powder, then after pressing and sinterting, the inner of tungsten carbide joint tightly and firmly without gaps, so finally to control the wear-resisting property of tungsten carbide, with longer cutting service life.
