Carbide drawing dies for making the metal wire and tubes. Our carbide die nibs (pellets) are with high toughness, wear resistance and precision.
Carbide drawing dies can draw for different material like mild steel, high carbon, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and so on. They could long time ensure the high surface roughness for high speed roughness for high-speed drawn steel wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, tantalum wire and copper wire.
Good ferrous and nonferrous wire is drawn through a series of tungsten carbide drawing dies in a process of elongating and reducing the wires diameter.
