Cold rooms are staples of supermarkets, meat processing plant,cold chain logistics,restaurants, hotels,  and any other place that needs to store fresh, frozen, or pre-cooled food products,meat, vegetables, fruits, beverage,fish. There are 3 kinds of cold rooms that we use frequently:1-chiller room(-5~5C),2-freezer room(-15~-23C),3-blast freezer room(-40~-35C).

Product Feature                                      

Composite cold storage room: there are three parts of the cold room: refrigeration and electrical controlling system, insulationpanels and insulation door. The insulation panels can be shipped piece by piece to save shipping space greatly.
The refrigeration units works intermittently, (it works as an air conditioner), which will help to save a lot of electricity.
Automatic operation controlling: the temperature can be controlled automatically and it can defrost automatically, very simple temperate it and look after it.

*Intergrated modular assembly, factory pre-equipped refrigeration parts and electrical components, etc.
*Compacted structure, easy to install and maintain.
Configuration:
*Compressor, Condenser, Axial fan with external rotor, liquid receiver, HP/LP controller, HP/LP gauge, dry filter, solenoid valve,sight glass, check valve, junction box, etc.
*All unit based on evaporating temperature -25℃, condensing unit temperature 40℃.
*2hp to 44hp for low temperature;
*2hp to 50hp for high temperature.

1. Installing by the user: 

we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation
manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.
 

2. Installing by our engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

(2) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
