Technological innovation; providing greater safety for patients
Features and Advantages
The Disposable circumcision stapler is sterile, hand-held, manual
surgical instrument preloaded with non-bioabsorbable skin staples
intended to be used to perform a circumcision. It is designed to
cut the foreskin and apply a circular row(s) of staples proximal to
the cut line. The stapler portion typically consists of a dome
intended to be inserted under the foreskin over the glans , and a
circular cutting stapler mechanism with a manual lever intended to
connect over the outside of the foreskin.
This is a single-use device. Compared with traditional circumcision
technology like Shang ring , Alisklamp, the advantages of
circumcision stapler as below:
Minimal tissue injury.
Fewer postoperative complications.
Shorter operative time, lower blood loss volume.
Time-efficient and safe male circumcision technique.
Faster recovery and nice cutting edge.
Applied both children and adults.
Operating Methods
• Preparation: After measuring with a caliper, select appropriate
disposable circumcision stapler according to the size of
glans.
• Counterclockwise adjust the knob at the end of circumcision
anastomat, and slightly take out of the nail seat components at
front end of circumcision anastomat.
• Put the nail seat cover into foreskin with cover on glans.
Make nail seat components tilt appropriately and make it match with
coronary ditch slope. The foreskin will naturally bond to the top
of nail seat cover.
• Slightly take out protective cover which protects anastomosis
nails. Slowly insert connecting rod of nail seat into anastomat.
Clockwise rotate regulation knob to make the end plane of
connection rod parallel to the back side of regulation knob
according to specific situations of the patient. The experienced
doctor may screw up appropriately depending on feelings.
• Remove insurance pins.
• Slowly clench the handle to trigger the anastomat.
• Slowly rotate to adjust the knob. Observe the situation of
incision, and slightly take out the anastomat and the cut foreskin.
• Check the surgical wound. The incision should be flat and the
suturing should be uniform.
• Disinfect wound and apply bandage protect. Then the surgery is
completed.
