THe Gear Ring are made from forgeable piece4130 and with a high precision double helical gear. The precision gears ensure our bull gear run very smoothly with almost no noise and vibration, increased the power transmission efficiency. Backlash in the gears is minimal and no pre-wear is required for smooth running.

Commonly gear materials:

Alloy steels: 42CrMo 35CrMo 40CrMnMo 34CrNiMo

Carbon steels: No#45 steel, No#35 steel
