1. In the bottle inlet part, installed bottle feeding screw to make sure the bottle can enter into host machine smoothly, don’t splash material; when the bottle reach capping station, the bottle neck will be clamped by clamp device, to make sure the bottle mouth can be center oriented with the capping head and get the good result of capping.

2. When the feeding screw detects bottle inlet, meanwhile, the cap feeding cylinder dispatch cap to cap feeding star wheel, the capping head will grasp cap and adjust the position automatically, this machine has the function of no bottle, no cap.

3. The speed of bottle inlet, capping, bottle transportation and cap elevating can be adjusted in touch screen, to avoid the bottle fall down, bottle blocking happens because the discordant speed, as well as increased the working efficiency; the bottle’s star wheel is processed according to bottle shape and the surface is smooth, no hurt to any bottles;

4. Specification adjustment:

1) due to different height of bottle, the main frame’s height can be adjusted by main motor, convenient and efficient;

2) due to different diameter of bottle, only need to replace the bottle star wheel, every star wheel is carved sign, it’s easy to find the corresponding star wheel, convenient and efficient;

5. The machine is intelligentialize and humanization, with the function of automatic interlock protection, alarming, yield counting and manual / auto adjusting; the machine is shield by environmental protection door, to ensure the security of operator.

1. Machine protection function:

1) Bottle lack / blocking protection: when the bottle lack in inlet place or bottle blocking in outlet place, the machine will stop and alarm automatically;

2) Threshold protection: the machine equipped with safety door threhold device, during the normal working, when any door of this machine is open, the machine will stop and alarm automatically;

3) Air pressure protection: there’s oil-water separator installed machine air pipe, prolong the service life of pneumatic components, when the intake air pressure too high or too low, the machine will stop and alarm automatically (all above alarming will display by touch screen and alarmed through sound-light);

2. When change bottle speicification, all the adjusting part installed digital indicator, scaleplate, and have carved mark or special mark.

3. All the machine’s edge, angle part is processed polishing, all the moving part is installed protective cap, to eliminate potential safety hazard, implement production safety without accidents.

4. The machine electric box designed separately, water-proof, gas path, circuit lines standard, no jump lines, with automatic self protection function, there’s emergency stop button on control platform;

Capping head
