B444 / B704 / B705 Inconel 625 Pipe EN 2.4856 / UNS N06625 NACE MR0175-3
Inconel625 is used for high-temperature and highly corrosive media. Such conditions are typical for power generation industry, chemical ,petrochemical industry, aerospace engineering. Advanced nickel-based high strength alloys traditionally have nickel and chromium as their foundation, with elements such as molybdenum, tungsten and cobalt added to confer additional solid solution strengthening. Where high temperature strength is critical, additions of aluminum, titanium and niobium, resulting in precipitation hardening , must be added.
Inconel 718 is a high strength nickel base superalloy used for cryogenic temperatures up to long term service at 1200°F. The alloy is readily fabricated and may be welded in either the annealed or precipitation (age) hardened condition. Anneal 1700 -1850°F, air cool or faster. Age 1325°F 8 hours, furnace cool to hold at 1150°F, for a total aging time of 18 hours, air cool. Alloy 718 will show a contraction of 0.0008 inch/inch after precipitation hardening.

DESCRIPTION OF INCONEL ALLOYS:
Inconel alloy 718 seamless pipe/tube has excellent corrosion resistance at high and low temperatures and good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion.
Inconel alloy 718 seamless pipe/tube has good performance in hostile environments containing H2S, CO2, chlorides, sulfides and free sulfur at selected temperatures. Alloy 718 is commonly used for cryogenic storage tanks, downhole shafts and wellhead parts.

Inconel 718 Typical application field as below:
1 .The Organic chemical process parts contains chloride, especially in the use of acid chloride
catalyst.
2. The digester and bleacherin the use of paper pulp and paper making industry.
3. Absorption tower, re-heater,gas import board, fan, blender, fair water fin, flue and so on for using in flue
gas desulfurization system.
4. The equipment and parts in the use of acidic gas environments.
5. Acetic acid and anhydride reaction generator
6. Sulfur acid cooling
