Aws A5.14 Ernicrmo-10 Filler Metal Hastelloy C 22
HASTELLOY C-22 RTW filler metal is used for the gas metal and gas tungsten arc welding of HASTELLOY C-22 alloy. The deposited weld metal has low thermal expansion characteristics, good oxidation resistance to 1500°F (815°C) and excellent fabricability. The alloy is used in gas turbine seal rings, containment structures and high-strength fasteners. The RTW filler metal finish on the spooled wire promotes smooth feeding through welding equipment and reduced tip wear in contact tips.

Basic properties: high temperature corrosion resistant alloy refers to a kind of metal materials with nickel, paste or cobalt as matrix, which can withstand complex and harsh mechanical stress under high temperature environment and has good surface stability.High temperature corrosion resistant alloys generally have high room temperature and high temperature strength, good oxidation and thermal corrosion resistance, excellent creep and fatigue resistance, and good structural stability.
