Introduction
Jet mud mixer is special equipment to prepare and increase drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite. It changes density, viscosity and dehydration of drilling fluids. The effect is more prominent matching with shear pump. Our TRSLH series jet mud mixer is a unit used together with solids control system for oil & gas drilling and horizontal directional drilling. The unit includes one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper and one jet mixer that are installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can be moved conveniently. At the same time, we can manufacture duplex jet mud mixer according to user’s requirements.
Features of TRSLH series jet mud mixer:
1. Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet
mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex
jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing
hoppers;
2. The jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be
installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and
valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have
good sealing performance;
3. Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss
effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve
the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank
fully mixed.
