Water treatment by electrolysis is a closed cycle in which salt is
not consumed. Chlorine is generated from table salt dissolved in
the water, without the need to store or handle chemical products.

the water, and turns back into salt.
Disinfection is more effective than in other systems due to the
combined action of chlorine and the active oxygen that are
generated during electrolysis.
