In the process of advancing with the times,Liaoyuan has series of domestic leading and coke oven gas desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid treatment technology of independent intellectual property. It owns four new plants for Thiocyanate products such as Zhangjiagang Liaoyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Jiaocheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Lucheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Hancheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and one shareholding company Shanxi Recycle Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

In which, Zhangjiagang Liaoyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011,as a technical service enterprise with the total investment up to RMB 70 million, as a technical service enterprise supporting Jiangsu Shagang Group 's coke production capacity of 6 million tons.

It has the first large-scale desulfurization waste liquid treatment facility in China, the daily wastewater treatment capacity is 300 tons, the annual wastewater treatment capacity is 100,000 tons, and the annual production capacity for ammonium thiocyanate is 9,000 tons. In 2014, Liaoyuan cooperated with Meijin Energy Co., Ltd. for establishing Jiaocheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Liaoyuan provided environmental protection treatment scheme and overall operation technology for desulfurization waste liquid, while Meijin Energy took all investment and construction.

With a total investment of 46 million yuan, Liaoyuan provided technical support and was responsible for operation management. Based on Liaoyuan’s leading salt extraction technology and management capability,Jiaocheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has become a demonstration project for desulfurization waste liquid treatment of China Coking Industry Association. Up to now, the annual coke output reaches 5.3 million tons, with a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 150 tons, an annual wastewater treatment capacity of 50,000 tons, and an annual production capacity for sodium thiocyanate is 8,000 tons.

In the process of rapid development, the layout of Liaoyuan has gradually expanded. In 2016, Liaoyuan established Lucheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. with Shangxi Lubao Group. Lubao Group invested RMB 65 million, while Liaoyuan provided technical support and was responsible for operation and management. The group capacity has been further expanded. At present, the annual coke output reaches 6.5 million tons.

Lucheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 200 tons, an annual wastewater treatment capacity of 66,000 tons, and an annual production capacity of sodium thiocyanate is 10,000 tons. As an important strategy for company development, Liaoyuan cooperated with five coking plants such as Shanxi Yellow River Mining Co., Ltd. They built the first domestic desulfurization waste liquid centralized treatment project after getting investment of RMB 85 million from the third party.

Liaoyuan provided technical support and took charge of operation and management,jointly establishedHancheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in 2018, with an annual coke output of 11 million tons, a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 350 tons, an annual wastewater treatment capacity of 115,000 tons,and an annual production capacity of sodium thiocyanate is 13,000 tons. With the establishment of the four new plants,the comprehensive strength of Liaoyuan company is increasing day by day,

• with an annual coke output of 33 million tons . The daily wastewater treatment capacity of the Group has exceeded 1,050 tons , with an annual wastewater treatment capacity of 330,000 tons , The annual saving of water resources is 400,000 tons

COD annually converts 40,000 tons of sodium thiocyanate, 9000 tons of ammonium thiocyanate and 51,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, with a total annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Continuous capacity provides Liaoyuan with a source of power for the future.

In order to further promote the coordinated development of the industry, realize the continuous extension of the product chain and enhance the comprehensive utilization of resources, Liaoyuan jointed hands with listed companies to invest RMB 130 million in 2018 for establishing Shanxi Recycle Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in environmental protection, Shangxi Recycle is equipped with desulfurization waste liquid salt extraction derivative products of agriculture intermediate - 4-Methyl-2-hydrazino benzothiazole of annual capacity 5,500 tons, the tricyclazole annual capacity of 3,000 tons, the mineral separation product 2,3-Dichloro-1-propene annual capacity of 2,000 tons, which makes it an important production area of thiocyanate extension products and paves the road for the development of enterprise.

Relying on the abundant coal resources in North China and the huge demand for coking, Liaoyuan Environmental Protection Group will actively promote the new projects in key provinces such as Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia with the support of the local governments. It will further promote the optimization of the industry and transform independent mode to government guidance centralized mode.
