Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of
low-temperature molten resin, which allows the film to be laminated
onto paper products through heat and pressure. Various surface
treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces. Matte white
BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on the surface of
printed materials. Compared to glossy hot pressed films, matte
films can be stored for a longer period of time.
The excellent performance characteristics and low price make White
BOPP hot press film an ideal choice for various printed and non
printed paper and cardboard, including book covers, cosmetic
packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc.
Why chooses NEI Whiter BOPP thermal lamination film?
- 1. Environmentally friendly: Due to the use of non solvent
adhesives, it is non-toxic, odorless, or free of benzene. During
the lamination process, no toxic gases or volatile substances are
emitted, which is harmless to human health. In addition, it is
easier to recover than water-based laminated membranes because the
membrane and paper can be easily separated.
- 2. Operational safety: The use of non solvent adhesives eliminates
fire hazards caused by the use and storage of flammable solvents.
- 3. Excellent performance: Compared with wet lamination, thermal
lamination improves the color saturation and brightness of printed
materials. Has strong powder absorption ability and adhesion. In
addition, it can effectively prevent foaming or separation from the
printed material during the lamination process. Due to its strong
adhesive ability and surface tension, it can be used in subsequent
processes, including spot UV, hot stamping, die-cutting,
indentation, and other processes.
- 4. Easy handling: Once the required temperature and pressure is
met, lamination can be easily operated. No other special technique
is required.
- 5. High efficiency: Production cost and labor cost are reduced
substantially as there is no film wastage, mixture of adhesive
solvent, or no UV heating lamp (drying system) is required.
Therefore, it saves production space as well.
- 6. Wide adaptability: It is widely adaptable to different types of
lamination machines, including wet and dry laminator. Only small
adjustments need to be made to the machine if wet laminator is
used.
Why chooses NEI?
- Since 1995, NEI has had professional experience in film industry,
so we have good quality control and after-sales service to support
you.
- With 10 years of export experience, we have a good reputation
in many countries, including South America, North America, the
Middle East, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and so on.
- Compared with other thermal lamination film, our EVA glue is 100%
imported from Korea and it ensures the adhesiveness of our film.
- Customize size and thickness according to customer requests. Labels
can be customized as well.
- Rapid production and delivery.
- Widespread hot pressed film and special thin film.
Special Instruction:
- The recommended composite roller temperature range for NEI Matt
White BOPP hot press film is 85~110 ℃, and the roller press range
is 10~20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed
and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
- It is recommended to dry the printed surface thoroughly before
laminating and cool one surface thoroughly before laminating onto
other surfaces.
