Digital Billboard Advertising Costs Less by Using Power Saving IC Driver and Special Design PCB
1. Energy saving technology:
Using power saving IC driver and special design PCB, lower current
power supply to save energy more than 16%;
5VDC is used by traditional PCB designers. Let us give an example
to understand it.
General speaking, a PH10 led cabinet with the size of W 960 x H 960
mm need 160A current in white balance condition. So the power
supply it needs is
5VDC x 160A = 800W
Now 4.2V energy-saving power supply is selected by us. We also
choose the power saving IC drivers which support 4.2VDC lower
voltage. So, the power consumption will be
4.2VDC x 160A = 672W
How much power we save?
800W- 672W = 128W; 128W/800W = 16%
As a result, 16% power supply is saved by our new PCB design with
energy saving IC driver and high efficient switching power supply.
