The MQ-Z machine provides a variety of functions such as material feeding, web guiding, color tracking, die cutting, laminating, hot stamping, hole punching, and waste rewinding. It can also perform material sheeting or rewinding in one seamless process, all monitored by a touch screen with PLC automatic tension controller. This makes it an ideal solution for post-press labeling processes, specifically for label papers, nylon membranes, and security trademarks for electronic and adhesive products.
Note: The standard machine has a sheet cutting speed of 150-160 pieces per minute, but with the added servo motor, it can reach an impressive speed of 220-300 sheets per minute.
