The Automatic Turret 4 shafts Rewinder is an ideal machine for optimizing label production. It is used together with a slitting machine or other multi-functional machine that comes with a slitting station to allow for non-stop rewinding.
Characteristics of this Copy Paper Rewinder include an automatic core loading feature with a storage tower for small cores, a PLC and touch screen for automatic control and friendly operation, automatic glue application (glue type machine) to the cores, 4 spindle automatic turret rewinding, an automatic roll eject system and automatic labeling as a standard.
In addition, the machine has no changeover times involved (other than rewind shaft changeover), is capable of a high speed operation with a rate of 50-120m/min, feature a double side heavy machine body to ensure machine running stability in high speed, a large professionally customized turret that is maintenance-free for ten years and a multi-optimized combination of mechanical and electrical systems allowing for single expansion shaft for eight-die rewinding roll without biting the roll.
