This thermal bonding film has an PET film as carrier.
It has permannet adhesive on one side of the carrier and reworkable
adhesive on antoher side.
Typical application of this product is bonding grapbite sheet to
LCD module.
If a LCD module(with grapbite sheet on) fail Quanlity test, we heat
it at 80 ℃ 30 minutes, then the bonding strength of reworkable side
drop sharply, so that the grapbite sheet can be removed from the
LCD module, and the LCD module is saved.
