Application: PVC free foamed board or skinning board is widely used in bus and train roofing, core layer of box, advertisment board, decoration board, furniture board, construction decoration material, advertisement board, upholstery for train, exhibition board, etc.

a). Advertising Materials Foamed PVC Sheet Board Extrusion Line

PVC foamed board line’s outer surface layer is rigid PVC and inner layer foamed PVC, it feature in low machine and formula costcompared with PVC skinned foamed plate, meanwhile, the product and parameters( 1.22m width with 5-20mm thickness product dimension, ~0.5g/cm3 density, 50-75 Rockwell hardness) are all equal or better. Also, the surface of the product can be printed or laminated to get different patterns.
The machine consists main extruder & co-extruder, distributor, calibrator moulding block, cooling rack, haul off, cutter & stacker.

Processing performance: available to be easy processed and further processing with the common wood instrument, such as saw, nail, drill, shave; available to directly adhere to other PVC material; available to further heat processing and surface processing.
