Features

Single point load cells are one of the main types of load cells and are most commonly used in small to medium sized platform weighing applications. This insensitivity to out-of-center loads is a function known as "force-time compensation". The ability to use only one load cell instead of four makes single point load cells a very economical solution for dozens of applications, including but not limited to: weight scales, bench scales, platform scales, hopper and container weighing, parts counting, packaging scales, inspection weighing, OEM products, retail scales, conveyor scales, production processes, low cost applications, and medical scales.
