Gas Engine
 

The gas generator (Combined Heat & Power, CHP, CCHP) utilizes Deutz BF12 natural gas engine as its power equioment. The gas engine is deeply developed in fuel control systems which is to improve its electric efficiency, reliability and fuel adaptivity for certain working conditions.The development also give consideration for dynamic responsiveness, fuel economy, reliability and safety.

 

Proven and reliable gas engine is controlled by imported gas close-loop lean-burn control system which includes high energy ignition system, gas-exclusive speed regulator, fuel flow rate control valve, variable Venturi mixture. The system is also optimized by our company to achieve high reliability and efficiency.
 
Alternator
 
High performance, reliable and efficient brushless AC synchronized mecc alte ECO38 alternator is selected to ensure optimized performance of the generator set.

3. Under above condition, it conforms to DIN standard ISO 3046/1 rate. Tolerance of fuel consumption is ±5%.

Unique design of Electrical Control System enables our gas generators to use various gaseous fuel and be used in almost all complicated applications. Our generators can be fed by LNC, CNG, LPG, Biogas, CBM, Syngas etc. The generators are used in power plants, oil & gas fields (either for drilling or production), factories, commercial or governmental buildings, LNG plants, alcohol factories, landfills, poultry farms etc. Our gas engines are also widely used in various vehicles, such as buses, trucks, boats and so on. Starlight design and development of gas engines based on excellent diesel engine platforms and the excellent platforms combined with cutting-edge control system end with outstanding performance and reliability. Some of our generators have reached the record of more than 30,000 hours without overhaul.

The intellectual lean-burn control technology makes average exhaust temperature at 530℃, which noticeably minimizes the thermal load of piston and air valve and the reliability of such components are greatly improved. Strong and weak electricity are designed to be separated, which avoid control interference, and in terms improve the reliability of the electrical components.
