This fully pneumatic stencil cleaner has two separate cleaning systems that can clean completely different types of workpieces at the same time (e.g., cleaning red glue and solder paste stencils at the same time, or cleaning leaded and lead-free solder paste at the same time, etc.).

Workflow

Plate release→chemical cleaning→compressed air blow-drying→plate removal

Working Principle:
