Beautiful Cladding Design Prefabricated Steel Structural Framework
Workshop Building Solution is made of steel, including primary framework and secondary
bracing structure. The primary frame is desiged
as portal rigid frame, including steel columns and steel
beams. The bracing system is combined with tie bar, horizontal
bracing, column bracing, as well as purlin & wall girt. All the
members provide the stability and strength to the whole structure.
The portal steel frame and the external enclosure structure
constitute an enclosed building structure with sufficient strength
to withstand severe weather such as strong wind, rain, and snow.
Metal structures are processed with cut, welded, drilled, and
painted in the workshop, and then transported to the construction
site, often referred to as prefabricated structures. The
prefabricated steel structures are no need to be welded on-site,
and each component only need to be fixed with bolts, which is
convenient and quick to install and save labor. Five main types of

compression members, bending members, combined stress members, and
their connections.

The roof panel is usually a single continuous length from the eaves
to the ridge line for portal frame buildings.
Wall panels are usually the continuous length from the bottom wall
to the eaves of the building.It is usually a corrugated
single-color metal sheet with a thickness of 0.4mm-0.6mm. For a
factory building that requires thermal insulation, you can choose
to use sandwich panel.
