316Ti stainless steel plate national standard 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti
Chinese grade is 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel plate,316Ti
stainless steel plate is added to SUS316 steel with Ti to improve
the resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is used in equipment
that resists sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and acetic
acid. Chemical composition
C:≤0.08,Si≤1.00,Mn≤2.00,P≤0.035,S≤0.030,Ni 11.00~14.00,Cr
16.00~19.00,Mo 1.80~2.50,Ti≥0.2~0.70,GB/T1220-1992 has this
provision,usually also called Mo2Ti or 316Ti. Mechanical
properties: YS(Mpa) ≥205,TS(Mpa) ≥520,EL(%) ≥40,Hv 200° or so.
321 is on the stainless steel has excellent high temperature stress
rupture (Stress Rupture) performance and high temperature
resistance to subduction (Creep Resistance) stress mechanical
properties are better than 304 stainless steel. 321 chemical
composition: carbon: 0.08 silicon: 1.00 manganese: 2.00 phosphorus:
0.045 sulfur: 0.030 nickel: 9.00-12.00 chromium: 17.00-19.00
titanium: 5C-0.70, German grade: X10CrNiTi189 austenitic stainless
steel equivalent to the domestic grade 0Cr18Ni10Ti 321 Stainless
steel is Ni-Cr-Mo type austenitic stainless steel, its performance
is very similar to 304, but due to the addition of titanium metal,
so that it has a better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and
high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal,
it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
