2. Packing:
- 1. Nude,with waterproof cloth and stow-wood.Imported computer control system packed with waterproof cloth and card board.
- 2. This producing line is maintained free of charge for 18 months.When the machine is used in China,we will install and debug the machine for free;if it is used at abroad,we will send the professional technician to debug.Buyers should take all the fees for technicians travelling abroad.
- 3. All the parts in the roll forming machine is free to maintain all the life,if in 18 months our company bear the cost for exchanged the broken part like the new parts cost and express cost,if more than 18 month,we also free to maintain the broken parts but for send the new parts,the buyer need bear the express cost.
3. Installation and Training:
| 1 | If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face. |
| 2 | Without visiting, we will send you user manual and video to teach you to install and operate. |
| 3 | If buyer needs our technician to go to your local factory,please arrange board and lodging and other necessary things. |
4. Our Warranty:
1. The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during guarantee period, we will provide the parts to charge freely, which is in the conditions of correct operation.
2. If the equipment are out of work in the guarantee period, the buyer need our repairman to go to buyer’s factory, the buyer should be responsible for the tickets(including round-trip ticket), the fee of transportation to the buyer’s factory andaccommodation. Required to change spare parts, the buyer should afford the freight fee and we don’t ask extra fee.

We have R&D centers and innovative designing teams for
different kinds of production lines.
Quality Control
We have independent QC departments both in the company and
factories which strictly control the quality of each process to
enable our production lines to reach Chinese National Standards,
even International Standards.
After Sale Service
Warranty period 1 year , after this period , we are willing to give
help if customer needs accessory . The real cooperation will not
end at the delivery . we believe that satisfied after sale service
means a lot.
Inspection
Inspected by the Sellers
After completing the manufacturing and assembling of the
equipments, we will test the machines and commissioning in the
workshop.
Inspected by the Buyers
After confirmation of a sound work of the line, we will invite our
customer to send their representatives to inspect the
production lines in our factories.
