Features
1, Short power-on time, high thermal efficiency, and beautiful
welding shape. The straight output welding current ensures the
high-efficiency and continuous supply of welding heat. The short
power-on time, reaching the ms level, makes the welding heat
affected zone small, and the solder joints are beautifully formed.
2, It can effectively suppress welding spatter and obtain stable
and high-quality welding results. The continuous heat supply
generated by the straight output current makes the nugget
temperature continuously rise, and the precise current rise slope
and time control at the same time, will not cause the generation of
heat jumps and the inability to control the current rise time to
cause splashes.
3, The control accuracy is high. The high operating frequency
(usually 1-4KHz) makes the feedback control accuracy 20-80 times
that of the general AC spot projection welding machine and
secondary rectifier spot projection welding machine, and the
corresponding output control precision is also very high.
4, Three-phase input is adopted, which is suitable for the power
supply balance of the power grid and does not require power
compensation equipment.
5, Energy saving. It has high thermal efficiency, small welding
transformer and low iron loss. When welding the same workpiece, it
can save energy up to 30% more than AC spot welder and secondary
rectifier spot welder.
