QDY Type 74 Ton Metallurgy Double Girder Bridge Crane Working Class
A7 is composed of box bridge, hook, crane traveling mechanism and
electrical system. The main hook uses a load tool as a lifting
device to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with
the main hook to complete auxiliary lifting such as the pouring of
molten steel and steel slag. Various speed control systems with
1:10 speed ratio are used for main mechanisms such as lifting,
trolley traveling and crane traveling. The appropriate speed can
also be selected according to
customer requirements.

Working condition:
1.The power of crane is three—phase AC;rated frequency is
50HZ;rated voltage is 380V;
2.The temperature of working environment is-10~+60℃;
3.The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature
is+40℃;
4.If the requirements are more than above-mentioned,it shall carry
out the requirements in the purchase contract as the user asks.
Safety feature:
A. Overload protection, in the case of overload, the lifting device
is closed and only descending movement can be carried out restrict
long-distance and lateral travel through preliminary and final
limit switches or wireless anti-collision devices
B. Three-in-one motor fall protection for trolley crane to prevent
accidental fall
C. All movements can be closed by the emergency shutdown switch of
the control station activated by the main contact
D. High-quality long load-bearing polyurethane material buffer is
fixed at the end of the trolley and crane to prevent overtravel
