QP type grab electromagnetic double-girder bridge crane has both a
grab and an electromagnetic sucker. The electromagnetic sucker
mainly uses the electromagnetic principle to transport steel
objects, and the main part is a magnet. When the current is turned
on, the electromagnet will firmly attract the steel object and lift
it to the designated place. Cut off the current, the magnetism
disappears, and the steel item is put down. Electromagnetic cranes
are very convenient to use, but they can only be used when there is
current. They can be used in scrap steel recycling departments and
steel making workshops.
The electromagnetic crane can generate a strong magnetic force, and
dozens of tons of iron sheets, iron wires, iron nails, scrap iron
and other iron materials can be easily collected and transported
without packing, packing or bundling. The operation is labor-saving
and the work is simplified. Steel materials and machines in wooden
crates can be handled similarly. When the crane is working, as long
as the current in the electromagnet coil does not stop, the heavy
objects that are sucked up will not fall, and the invisible
magnetic force is more reliable than a solid chain. If the power is
cut off for some reason, the crane generally has a safety
protection device and a battery, which can generally be maintained
for about half an hour after the power failure, so as to avoid
accidents such as power failures that cause the objects attached to
the disk to fall and cause accidents. Cranes cannot handle hot
iron, because hot steel cannot be magnetized.
The grab electromagnetic bridge crane is also equipped with a grab,
which can be used to grab scraps and other objects. Therefore, this
type of crane can meet the two work occasions of grabbing and
adsorbing steel waste, and has a wide range of applications.
