According to the requirements of the product, we design the robot that adopts six-axis robot system equipped with arc welder to complete the welding automatically. The robot uses cylinder or clamp and utilize the leverage principle to fix product. This method can meet the requirement for automatic welding and can guarantee that the robot could weld each part of the product. According to the production efficiency requirement, we design two sets of fixtures. One is used for loading the work piece, the other is used for welding.
While the station 1 is being welded, station 2 is being loaded and
fixed the work piece synchronously. Two stations work alternately.
This machine can achieve automatic welding with manually loading
material. It can also improve the welding quality and welding
efficiency.
What’s more, it can reduce the production cost. The problem of
unstable quality and low production efficiency caused by pure
manual operation has been solved.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
CONTROLLER SYSTEM
The robot can optimize the speed according to the actual load so as to shorten the operation cycle time.
1. The robot can detect self moving and loading condition according
to the built-in service information system so as to provide
optimized service requirement. Longer continuous working period.
2. Embedded controller can control 6-8 axis. The operating rate
could reach 500MIPS with high speed motion control fieldbus. Be
able to achieve continuous trajectory teaching and on-line teaching.
Equipped with remote control and diagnostic function.
3. Overall consideration of the external force such as gravity,
centrifugal force, etc, in the process of robot movement, use
adaptive identification control technology to improve dynamic performance of
the robot.
