DESCRIPTION
This automatic robot welding system is customized for welding Storage Rack Beam. There are two automatic positioners one for loading , one for welding.
Welding Process:
1. Firstly, put the Storage Rack Beam parts inside fixture, then it will be clamped in jig.
2. Then start the machine, and positioner will rotate fixture which is loaded with work piece to welding position;
