PLA biodegradable straw extrusion line adopts more advanced temperature control system: simple structure, high degree of automation,stable and reliable operation and high production. Important parts such as screw and barrel are all made of high-quality alloy steel and nitrided. Important parts are made of stainless steel. The motors are controlled by frequency conversion,advanced temperature control circuits and components,they are used to control and display the temperature.
PLA straw extrusion line is composed of extruder, mold, cooling water tank, traction machine,cutting machine, conveying and collecting device. Polylactic acid (PLA) uses corn, cassava and other crops as raw materials and has excellent biodegradability. It can be degraded by microorganisms in the soil within half a year to one year after being discarded, and does not pollute the environment.
Features Various incision forms: 90°, 45°, 60° The water tank is made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and the extruder rod barrel is made of 38CrMoAl material and nitriding treatment.
