Description

Common rail pressure sensor is necessary for diesel common rail engine. The common rail pressure is an important parameter of the diesel engine common rail system. At present, the common rail pressure of the diesel engine common rail system changes in real time, and the fuel injection quantity is directly related to the common rail pressure. The fuel flows to the common rail pressure sensor through a small hole in the common rail, and the fuel under pressure reaches the sensor diaphragm through a blind hole. A sensor component (semiconductor device) that converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal is mounted on this diaphragm, and the signal generated by the sensor is input to a detection circuit that amplifies the pickup signal and sends it to the ECU.
