Cost Effective Distributed Generation Single Axis Tracker Controller

 

Working principle:
HWL horizontal single axis tracker controller, using AC power supply, with small volume, cast aluminum chassis, 25 years no rust, installed on the torque tube, easy installation. The core technology of our solar tracker control system is based on the local longitude, latitude, time, the program can automatically calculate the azimuth Angle and altitude Angle of the sun's trajectory and its location at any time.

Unlike traditional fixed mount plants, single-axis tracking systems need more space per module for the rotation of the PV modules and to eliminate possible shading. However, the newest innovation in this field is to optimize site design by adjusting the layout to accommodate greater modules unique to its specific latitude and vertical tilt angle.

The use of solar trackers is increasingly on the rise in PV solar plants because it allows a significant gain in energy production; hence, improving project performance. Tracking systems cost more than the fixed mount PV Plants but the 25% gain in energy yield could significantly bring down the cost.
