Product introduction:
Generation principle:
The revolutionary CNJS-S series sodium hypochlorite
generator is a newly and for on-site product of NaClO equipment and
use for all kinds of needed NaClO disinfected. Its working
principle is :the sodium chloride solution under the certain
voltage effect of the cell, a series of electrochemical reaction
within the cell and the resulting solution is the NaClO solution.
The main process can be simplified as follows:

anode:2Cl--2e→Cl2
cathode:2H++2e→H2
solution:2NaOH+Cl2→NaCl+NaClO+H2O

A,inlet water distribution system
Main components: water pressure gauge, water softener, soft water
pump, water meter, salt tank, salt water pump and related piping
and valves.
B,The power control system:
Including control cabinet, rectifier and cable connection.
C,Storage and dosing system
Including electrolytic cell, NaClO tank, dosing pump, piping and
valves.

need for transportation of dangerous chemicals;
Process safety: No risk of chlorine leakage and reactor explosion,

Product safety: Product-0.8% NaCIO solution, has the advantage of
stable and safety, cost effective in operation and no attenuation
in storage.
