4. Steel mesh production benchmark:
4.1 Design size: automatic printing equipment: 650mm×550mm /
736mm×736mm
Manual printing equipment: 470mm×370mm
4.2 Steel mesh thickness benchmark:
(1) For products with a minimum PITCH of less than or equal to 0.3
mm, select a template of less than 0.125 mm;
(2) For products with the smallest PITCH of 0.4 mm, select a
template of 0.13 mm.
(3) For products with a small spacing greater than or equal to 0.5
mm, select a 0.15mm template
4.3 Stencil production method:
Confirm and analyze the LAND SIZE of the MODEL parts to be produced
Confirm that SMD JIG products are arranged in consideration, and
the direction of force determines the stencil style.
Need to change the style of the stencil, it can be changed after
