Q1. Can I ask for samples before placing an order?
A2: Yeah, HDFocus factory welcome sample order for testing .Mixed
samples are acceptable.
Q2. How do you ship my cargoes and how long does it take to
deliver?
A2: HDFocus factory usually ship your cargoes by express
(DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/EMS) or sea according to your requirement .
It usually takes 1-3 working days for regular products ( quantity
≤500 )as we keep the regular stock per week.
It needs 7~10 working days the customized products. ZUOMU factory
will confirm the final delivery information according to your
customized details .
Q3. Could you offer the OEM/ ODM service ?
A3: Yes,Please provide your Logo file in high resolution to us. We
will send the final design of customized files to your for
confirmation. Next we will make 1-2 samples with your logo for you
to check the actual effect and test the final fuction. Finally the
formal production will start after the sample confirmed.
