12. Test mode: The machine has two test modes, automatic test and manual test mode

1) There are two test methods for automatic test, as follows:

  • The automatic test can be carried out according to the maximum wind volume point, that is, when the static pressure returns to the zero point, read the maximum wind volume, and then divide it into several wind volume points according to the maximum wind volume value, carry out the corresponding test of the wind volume and pressure, and draw the wind volume and pressure curve (P-Q curve),
  • Fully automatic test based on the maximum wind volume point and the specified static pressure value, that is, when the static pressure returns to zero, first read the maximum wind volume, and then the following test points can be tested according to the pre-specified static pressure value or wind volume value (the static pressure value or wind volume can be specified up to 5 points)
  • In the case of no power supply to the tested prototype, specify the maximum wind volume (that is, the rated wind volume of the prototype) to measure the static pressure, that is, measure the static pressure difference under the rated wind volume (static pressure difference between the wind outlet and the wind inlet of the tested prototype). The item is the resistance test (flow resistance test)

2) In the manual test part, there are four test methods, as follows:

  • In the case of supplying power to the tested prototype, specify the wind volume to measure the static pressure, that is, test the static pressure value under a certain wind volume.
  • In the case of supplying power to the tested prototype, specify the static pressure measurement wind volume, that is, test the wind volume value under a certain static pressure.
  • When supplying power to the tested prototype, specify the frequency of the auxiliary fan, and test the wind volume and static pressure.
  • In the case of not supplying power to the tested prototype, specify the maximum wind volume (that is, the rated wind volume of the tested prototype) to measure the static pressure, that is, measure the static pressure difference under the rated wind volume (the static pressure difference between the wind outlet and the wind inlet of the tested prototype), the item is the resistance test (flow resistance test).
  • The above four manual tests are mainly used for motor performance research and development test.

System introduction:

 

The F-401-025 wind volume measurement test device is a wind volume measurement system developed and manufactured according to the ISO5801, IEC61591 and etc. standards and using advanced Japanese technology.

The basic test principle is: simulate the actual working state of the sample in the test wind tunnel (the auxiliary fan makes the wind outlet pressure of the sample consistent with the requirements), and then measure the wind pressure difference on both sides of the nozzle in the wind tunnel, and then use the standard formula calculates the corresponding wind speed at this time, and finally multiplies the nozzle area and the relevant flow coefficient to obtain the wind volume.

The device adopts computer automatic measurement and control method. It only needs to manually install the sample and replace the nozzle. The whole process of testing a sample only takes ten minutes. It can map the corresponding curves of static pressure and wind volume, wind volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. The test can also be tested in two states of inhalation and expulsion. It has the characteristics of convenience, speed, stability and reliability, and good reproducibility. Meet the test and use of related products in the scientific research and production process.

 

Application: Range hoods, ventilation fans, Yuba, heaters, cooling fans, axial fans, air purifiers, etc.

 

Performance and feature requirements:

1) The device adopts a multi-nozzle wind chamber structure. The corresponding nozzle can be selected according to the measured flow, so one device can measure a wide range of wind flow.

2) It can be used for both inhalation and expulsion testing.

3) Auxiliary fans are equipped, so the full-range performance curve with zero flow and zero static pressure can be measured.

4) Automatic test, calculation and data output are realized by the computer and its peripheral equipment, and the test results are printed and displayed graphically. The man-machine dialogue is easy to operate, with high precision, saving time and effort.

5) Test items: P-Q characteristic (relationship between flow rate and static pressure), drawing smoke exhaust resistance curve, Q-η characteristic 1 (relationship between flow rate and total pressure efficiency), flow resistance efficiency, Q-η characteristic 2 (relationship between flow rate and flow resistance efficiency), Q-η characteristic 3 (relationship between flow rate and energy consumption efficiency), flow resistance test items, and simultaneous measurement of the rotational speed, current, and power of the measured object.

 

The following new features have been added to the device:

  1. According to the latest version of the domestic range hood standard GB/T17713-20XX "Range Hoods and Other Cooking Fume Suction and Exhaust Devices", add the items to be measured:
  • Draw the smoke exhaust resistance curve,
  • Determine the wind volume and wind volume at the working wind volume point. Static pressure
  • increase the maximum total pressure efficiency.
  1. According to the revised version of the latest EU range hood standard IEC61591:2014 "COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 66/2014", the following item tests have been added:
  • " Fluid dynamic efficiency " (FDE hood)
  • "Energy Consumption Efficiency Index" (EEI hood)
  • the wind volume, pressure and power at the best efficiency
  • the pressure and wind volume corresponding to the characteristic curves of 5Pa, 10Pa, 15Pa
  • In the automatic test items, provide the specified pressure test with at least 5 pressure points in the full range pressure, especially the latest functions such as the wind volume-pressure curve chart under the 5Pa pressure calibration of the range hood in the automatic test process, and the flow resistance test item.
  • Increase the flow pressure efficiency test with CFM as the wind volume unit.
  1. According to the latest energy efficiency standard for ventilation fans GB32049-2015 "Limited Values and Energy Efficiency Levels of Energy Efficiency for AC Ventilating Fans for Household and Similar Uses" and GB/T14806-2017 "AC Ventilating Fans for Household and Similar Uses and their Speed Regulators", additional measurement items are required:
  • During the automatic test, calibrate the wind volume and energy efficiency value under the 25Pa operating point.
  • In the process of automatic test, randomly designate 5 points of static pressure between zero and the maximum static pressure value, measure the wind volume and energy efficiency value, and randomly designate 5 wind volume points to measure the energy efficiency value of the pressure gauge.

 

Overall Scheme:

1. General requirements of the laboratory

Size: 4500 (width) × 6000 (length) × 2800 (height) mm or more.

Walls: smooth and flat, with no openings that affect wind flow (air conditioner openings should not blow directly).

Ground: The ground should be kept flat.

Temperature and humidity: When measuring the wind volume, the air temperature of the test room is 20℃±5℃, and the humidity is 30%-80% (user-provided air conditioner or dehumidifier).

Atmospheric pressure: Normal atmospheric conditions not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level.

2. Test System

Main components: wind volume test wind tunnel, auxiliary fan and damper adjustment mechanism, measurement and control electrical cabinet (including variable frequency power supply, electrical parameter measuring instrument, pressure transmitter, tachometer, etc.), brand computer, printer, sample lifting platform, sample installation method blue and test duct.

System function: After the computer prompts the input of sample parameters and test-related data, all automatic measurement and control functions can be realized: including, wind volume measurement; voltage, current, power measurement; rotational speed measurement, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure measurement, test process prompts, data tables, correlation curves, etc.
