Introduction
Industrial filter is a kind of filter, which is
widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum,
papermaking, medicine, food, mining, electric power, and urban
water supply. Such as industrial wastewater, filtration of
circulating water, regeneration of emulsion, filtration and
treatment of waste oil, continuous casting water system, blast
furnace water system in metallurgical industry, high-pressure water
descaling system for hot rolling. It is an advanced, efficient and
easy-to-operate automatic filter device.
Main structure and principle:
It consists of inlet and outlet pipe,filter basket,flange,flange cover and fastener. When the fluid flows through the inlet pipe into the filter basket,the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, while the clean fluid is discharged out of the outlet pipe from the basket. When the filter needs cleaning, unscrew the bottom plug of the inlet pipe, discharge out the fluid,remove away the flange cover, retrieve the filter basket, and then get it cleaned and reload.Therefore,it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.
