Intended Use:

This kit is based on real-time PCR fluorescence technology to quantitatively detect the nucleic acid content of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in clinical human serum and human plasma samples. It is mainly used to evaluate the level of virus replication in HCV-infected patients, rapid screening of hepatitis C and monitoring of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

1. What payment term does Singuway accept?

We accept T/T,L/C,Western union and some of other payment methods. Usually we prefer 100% T/T in advance, for special order, 40% of total amount would be paid when place order and the rest would be paid before shipment.

2. What kind of warranty will be offer?

A: The warranty of our products varies from 12 months to 18 months from the delivery date., ie, one year for the reagents and one and half an year for our analyzer & extractor. During the warranty time, if any problem, we offer after-sale service for free including free spare parts.
