Product Introduction:

Principle

During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to bind, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Advantages:

1. The magnetic beads with unique separation function and buffer system can extract high purity disease virus DNA/RNA from sample rapidly with high sensitivity and efficiency.

2. The extracted and purified nucleic acid can be uses for enzyme digestion, reverse transcription, PCR, RT-PCR, Southern blot and other common molecular experiments.

3. Scope of application: Plasma, Serum, Urine ascites, Cell culture medium, Rapid extraction of virus DNA or RNA.

4. The Nucleic acid recovery rate is 90~110% .

5. Minimum viral extraction load as low as 10 copies/ml.

6. Transportation and preservation at room temperature
