Introduce
The overall layout of the machine tool is fixed in the gantry frame structure, and the table is moved in the X axis on the base; the column is fixed at both ends of the base, and the beam of the headstock on the column is moved up and down by Z axis.
X, Y, Z three feed axes are driven by FANUC feed motor, good stability, reliable operation. X axis and Y axis are driven by ball screw with long lead; The Z axis adopts the motor and the ball screw direct connection, and the Z axis adopts the Nitrogen balance cylinder to balance the weight of the sliding pillow.
