Product Features

☆ It imparts fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denims and chemical fiber fabrics, can meet the fluffy, soft and resilient hand feel of different fabrics, especially the chunky effect is prominent.

LT-768 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone. It’s mainly used in finishing for polyester, cotton & its blends, will impart excellent fluffy & chunky handfeel.

Application

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

LT-768(after diluted)

☆ Padding:

Dosage:5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

☆ Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f)             Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Diluting method: 1:2,add LT-768 first, then add a small amount of water. After stirring evenly , slowly add water in batches and stir, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.

Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
